What does the interview process at Chola look like?
Our interview process is thoughtfully designed to give you a genuine sense of a typical workday while allowing you to connect meaningfully with your potential managers and peers. It begins with a few targeted questions sent via email, followed by a single telephonic round to discuss your background and fit. From there, you'll engage in face-to-face interviews with peers and managers, and conclude by spending quality time at the office to get to know the team you'll collaborate with.
